I have limited availability each month for in person sessions.

If you are seeking a face to face session and find that my availability does not meet your needs, please reach out as I do have flexibility in my calendar and am sometimes able to make adjustments to accomodate special requests.

Online - Australia-wide

Telehealth appointments are available via Zoom and offer a wonderful opportunity for you to connect from the comfort of your own home, workplace, or perhaps even from under a tree. Connecting online allows sessions to take place wherever you or I are in the world. More than 70% of my client work is now completed through Telehealth via Zoom. Some clients access both in person and online appointments, depending on changing circumstances. It is important to prepare yourself for an online session by considering privacy, comfort, sound, lighting and connection reliability. Whilst I relish the opportunity to sit in person with my clients. I appreciate the flexibility and accessibility that is afforded through online work and am lucky enough to be able to continue offering sessions in both formats. Working face to face in beautiful therapeutic spaces whilst also being able to travel regularly and still engage in work that I love, provides a wonderful balance that I am very grateful to have, and one that I believe makes me a much better health practitioner. This format also allows me to connect with people from all over the country, including those who live in rural and remote areas, where in person support services are limited and access to health care can be logistically more difficult o navigate.
